A few crochet finishes

Just some small but satisfying projects, mainly as they used up stash.

From this cotton I found in a charity shop,

this lavender sachet. The pattern is from Simply Crochet magazine, the lining fabric, Essex linen. This is now safely in my wool basket helping keep the moths away.

And these Bobble mitts, pattern also from Simply Crochet but a different issue. These were great fun to make, I loved the texture of the bobbles 🙂

You may find them online, maybe issues 7 and 8? Glad you’ve found your stuff, you must be emerging from the decorating!

I’m so happy to see the resurgence of crochet and knitting. I see so many classes being offered and they are filling up quickly (even the teenagers are getting in on the action!!!!). Love the mitts!!!!!!!

Thanks, yes, it’s very trendy again – the mitts were very easy, good for beginners!

The sachets are really nice! I love the delicate crochet over the fabric.

There were so many great patterns in this issue. I’ll be having a go at the jar/tea light covers too.
