A new shop!

Well I’m very excited to report a lovely new shop open in Ashford!

– on Bank Street.

Emporium

It’s called Emporia and has fabric, jewelry, bags, bunting, tea cup candles, gifts, childrens clothes and cards for sale and hosts a knit and natter group on Fridays from 1-3pm.

Clair, the owner, also runs a craft market in Park Mall, with local crafters and a little bit of vintage (the next will be in the spring). I went over to check that out too and discovered Pop-Up Ashford next door, part of Pop-Up Britain. Bonus!

So if anyone is looking for last minute gifts, go and support your local craft haven (and treat yourself at the same time) 🙂

yes its lovely we have a little shop near us called rainbows and lemondrops its a lovely shop that sells handmade items by local people and they have also started stocking a few things such as ribbons and little kits, I got some gorgeous gingerbread ribbon from them, but it would be nice to have a haberdashery shop near by. We just have a hobbycraft near us

I just love the space!!!!! The pristine white walls and shelving has become a fave of mine……the perfect “canvas”/backdrop for the beautiful displays. Hugs………….

It is beautiful, Claire has done a great job finding just the right furniture and painting it up too.
