Raft Quilt

This quilt and the instructions for it are included in the July issue of Popular Patchwork magazine, out in the UK now and the US in a few more weeks.

MandyMunroeRaftQuilt

I was imagining pebble beaches and bleached wood when I chose the fabrics. These subtle colours  are Soho solids and Sketch by Timeless Treasures in Mist, Dove, Ice, Powder, Porcelain, Milk, Ivory and Cream on White. I just need a beach house to put this in now!

Happy Summer 🙂

Mandy – another winner! You’re just amazing. This quilt is such a perfect blend of the traditional patchwork with an edge or in other words, A Mandy Quilt.

Cheers Mary Pat, I thought you’d be troubled by the subtle colouring! It would look good on your boat – ooh photoshoot!

Nice! Hits the mark! I am at Barb’s beach house now and I can imagine it down here. Enjoy the rest of the summer.
