Guest Blog for Timeless Treasures

Remember those lovely fabrics the mailman delivered?
I’ve designed this Shutter Quilt with the fun bright colours for Timeless Treasures. The design is inspired by the view through my shuttered window on sunny mornings in NYC.

(Photographed in Central Park. Held in place by my trusty assistant Penny) 🙂

For instructions on how to make this quilt and details of the fabrics used, please pop over to the SewTimeless blog – make sure you’ve got your sun glasses on!

Happy Friday x

Thank you to everyone who has left comments on our “Why do you quilt?” post. We appreciate your thoughts are personal and heartfelt. If anyone else would like to share, we’d love to hear what you have to say. Please let us know where you’re from too.

Just a temporary one but she’s good company and a very important extra pair of hands, especially when trying to get some good shots in Central Park 🙂
