Liquorice Table Runner

How about this for a party centrepiece!

I designed this table runner based on those yummy family favourites. Do you have anyone who LOVES these treats? It would make a fun gift 🙂 You can mix and match the shapes, they are really quick and easy to piece. The texture of the Sketch fabric by Timeless Treasures is just right for the blue and pink ones (someone told me they are called “Sprogs”?) and I added in some pin dots for the lemon yellow.

The instructions are inside Quilt Now magazine issue 22 out this week – and it comes with a free mini ruler!

The Garden Party quilt on the cover is made from Sushi Rolls, a version of a pre-cut Jelly Roll by Lecien Great colour combos and easy blender prints grouped together for stress free patchwork, they all go together, just pick out your favs.

Crazy (but exciting) how these two projects ended up in the same issue 🙂

It’s spogs Mandy, not Sprogs! (The latter is slang for children!) I adore the former and buy lots of them by the quarter! This quilt is for me! X
