Hugs All Around

Timeless Treasures have produced a “brilliant” range of blender fabric called “Dash”, aren’t they gorgeous!

The colours are really vibrant and fun, perfect for children and 10% of the sales of this range will go to the charity Quilts For Kids.

I was delighted to be asked to design a quilt and write a tutorial to suggest how the fabrics could be used. These Hug blocks are very simple, fine for beginners and beyond and I’ve included some tips for a group version in case you have a few friends who’d like to get together and make a quilt.

Once the blocks are made I’m sure you can come up with lots of different layouts!

Here’s the link http://ttfabrics.com/hugs-all-around-quilt-tutorial-from-mandy-munroe/ for step by step instructions and to see it modelled by Big Ted 🙂
