Lipstick Quilt

These yummy Lipstick coloured fabrics from my stash were perfect for this wall hanging. Most are modern basics from Timeless Treasures and Alison Glass, some have been hoarded for a few years now 🙂

I used scraps of just 3 1/2″ x 7 1/2″ in various shades of pink, coral, red, mango and purple. With some grey and black and a few interesting low volume backgrounds (including some Carolyn Friedlander), this quilt came together in no time.

The instructions are in this months Quilt Now magazine, issue 41. There is also a lovely little calico Bear kit included with it – FREE!

The colors are beautiful! Will you post a picture of your finished quilt? I’d love to see the final result. ^_^
